Draft copy — not ready to publish The words below are a starting point, not approved marketing. They follow doc #8 §21's copy rules, and any edit must keep doing so: never addiction, disorder, compulsive, therapy, treat, cure; never “we never see your data”; never “blocks” or “guaranteed”; Money Rescued is always described as estimated.

Decide tomorrow.

Share something you are tempted by into Shtop It. It locks for 24 hours. When the timer ends you decide — and the money you did not spend goes towards something you actually want.

How it works

  1. Capture it. Share the product into Shtop It from any app. That is the whole interaction — about a second and a half, and no questions asked.
  2. Let it cool. The item is locked for 24 hours by default. You can make that longer, never shorter.
  3. Decide. When the window closes you say whether you bought it. Nothing decides for you, and nothing expires against you.
  4. Watch it add up. Every resisted item adds its price to your Money Rescued total — an estimate based on what you told the app — and moves your savings goal.

Buying something is not a failure

Sometimes you need the thing. Shtop It records that honestly, without red screens or lectures, because a tool you feel judged by is a tool you stop telling the truth to — and the numbers are only worth anything if they are true.

Your data stays on your phone

Everything the loop needs — what you captured, what you decided, what you saved — lives in a database on your device, and the app works with no connection at all. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what is held, what is not, and who the three processors are.

Still to add before launch: real store links, screenshots, the trading name and virtual-office address (long-lead #3b), and a decision on whether pricing appears here.
